A daily monochrome photo-poetry series by naozo. Since 2025, each work pairs a moment from everyday life with a poem from NZ, the artist's future self. Through glass, light, and silence, the series turns self-doubt into dialogue.

Day482【Paradox】
DEAR naozo,
Accept
the contradiction
Be both
at once
Move
while doubting
Believe
while dismantling
Hold
while releasing
Continue
while cutting
Rightness
is not one
But choosing nothing
is wrong
Hold two
move as one
Do not rush
for coherence
The moment
it is tidy
it dies
Contradiction
is not flaw
It is drive
The tearing force
moves you forward
Comfort
is stillness
Dissonance
is propulsion
Be both
Stand
while trembling
Do not explain
Do not prove
Move
Paradox
is not to be solved
It is to be used
Stretch
between poles
That tension
forms shape
You are not
consistency
You are
trajectory
Do not waver
And yet
do not harden
Fixation
is death
Flow
is life
Carry opposites
and pierce through
That
is paradox
from NZ
This story is a work of fiction. Except for the named individuals, all elements are products of imagination. The boundary between reality and fiction is intentionally ambiguous, and its interpretation is left to the reader.
