Be both

at once

Move

while doubting

Believe

while dismantling

Hold

while releasing

Continue

Rightness

is not one

But choosing nothing

is wrong

Hold two

for coherence

is not flaw

It is drive

The tearing force

moves you forward

Comfort

is stillness

Dissonance

is propulsion

Be both

Stand

while trembling

Do not prove

It is to be used

Stretch
