Morning Dew For Evening's Tears

This series of photographs captures the atmosphere surrounding the transient family gatherings at my mothers childhood home in Morden, Manitoba, Canada. As the house prepares to be sold, the ancestral history of three generations reveals itself. Through this project I’ve been able to explore the strong connection I hold to my matriarchal lineage and how the female presence in my family has greatly impacted my perception of being a woman.
