Smouldering Beauty

I was Inspired by old American western films characters and how they often escaped into mexico and South America witch creates its own style in fashion and to capture the essence of these old times.

I had been watching some old Western Films just before lockdown in April 2020 here in Queensland Australia and felt how simple the world once was back in the late 60's and how the freedom of just being wild and free was expressed back then such as ' Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid'.

I wanted to find my own expression of freedom as the world went into great fear and chaos.

I wanted to create and capture the essence of this old world time knowing this project will carry me though this time of uncertainty and be a mirror of beauty and freedom and nature.

I went to a local watering hole called Cedar Creek in a National park here in Queensland Australia to take the photos in a naturally wild setting.
