Seville 2025

Such as every year since last century, Seville streets and the whole city, shows another pace, where colours, people, rythm, music, tradition and modernity show up in the streets turning them into a never ending multicultural stage.

SEVILLE 2025 explores the kinetic pulse and collective memory of Seville's Spring Fair by shifting the focus from individual faces to the rhythmic movement of traditional garments. In this series, human features disappear, leaving the vibrant textures, ruffles, and silhouettes of the dresses to become the real main stars of the urban space.

Through intentional motion blur and street intuition, the garments get transformed into fluid entities that seem to possess their own willpower, guiding the invisible bodies in their direction. The absence of faces and expressions turns the crowd into a poetic, anonymous dance, where identity is defined not by the gaze, but by the flow of fabric and tradition in transit.

This project is a visual study of a cultural ritual where the dress itself becomes the vessel of energy, capturing the sensory overload, the friction, and the beautiful chaos of a city driven by its own folklore.
