The dream to own a radio station by a daring woman.

Lilian Bademosi is a veteran broadcaster and astute business woman who had a dream of establishing a radio station and broadcasting house that would be known for dishing out only wholesome content that is suitable and safe for all family members, one that will change the narrative and correct the challenge of unhealthy content that has saturated the airwaves in Nigeria. 

She desired to provide a healthy alternative that parents could feel safe to leave their children and wards with, rest assured of only uplifting and wholesome informative and entertaining content, suitable for all round development and edification of the mind.

Birthing this enormous vision 6 years ago, she had no idea how hard it was to delve into the broadcasting terrain. It was not a space for the faint hearted, let alone a woman, in a male dominated and highly government regulated terrain. 

However, as one who would never take 'NO' for an answer, Lilian left no stone unturned in pursuing this dream, adhering strictly to her values of integrity and Godliness. 

Today she is the first woman to own a radio station in the Southwest of Nigeria despite a massive presence of them in the terrain.

Wells Radio 89.3 FM is a success story, one led by a woman and reminding the feminine gender and world at large of the limitless possibilities at the feet of a determined and virtuous woman.

Lillian leads a team of extraordinary men and women who are highly committed to the vision and have been strongly instrumental to the realization of the "preferred wholesome radio" dream.
