When pruning a plant it is given the opportunity to be reborn, a rebirth that only the wait reveals. Outbreaks of a new being are born, resistant to the passage of time without becoming landscape and disappearing.
Greening is a capsule within the universe of Otredad where I reflect the concept of waiting as a cathartic process. He understands the passage through prison as a stage in which the human is deprived of his reality, to enter a state of hibernation, to concentrate all his energy on repairing and flourishing, without being overwhelmed by the slowness of the passage of time and without Wither on the road.
This entire series was photographed to humans deprived of liberty in the Modelo and Buen Pastor prisons in Bogotá, Colombia.
