I love chocolate! That's why I wanted to know how people live who earn their money in cocoa farming. I would like to share my experiences with you. The village of Oparekrom is located in the Eastern Region of Ghana and is surrounded by cocoa plantations.

The nearest paved road is about 40 minutes drive away. The next small town one hour. Again and again I come to visit to learn as much as possible about the life in the village in Ghna, which is very foreign to me.

George's daughter Christabel has come from town to translate for me. Her brother Bright makes his room available to me and sleeps on the porch during the time.
