On Tour - PhMuseum

A documentary series following a travelling theatre group during a children’s performance tour. The work focuses on the moments in between rehearsals, waiting, transitions and quiet interactions revealing the human side of performance beyond the stage

This series was developed while following a children’s theatre group during a tour in Aegina.

Moving between stage, backstage and temporary spaces, the work focuses on the in-between moments: preparation, waiting, fatigue and play. These are the moments where performance dissolves and the performers return to themselves.

Rather than documenting the spectacle, the photographs observe the everyday life of the group a small, temporary community formed through movement, repetition and shared time.

Shot on film, the images embrace a raw and intimate aesthetic, reflecting the fragility and immediacy of these fleeting moments.
