At the age of 82, Ludmila Sakharoff asked for a camera to record her memories.
At the age of 82, Ludmila Sakharoff asked for a camera to record her
memories. We gave her an analog point and shoot and she started to
photograph her life. Her gesture led me to retaliate her actions, therefore
creating an imagetic dialog of shot countershot.
On these diptychs, photographed simultaneously, the image on the left is taken
by her and the one on the right by me.
