The most prosperous and powerful Dynasty in China is the Tang Dynasty.

Xi'an, the ancient capital of China, was once the capital of the Tang Dynasty, which was called Chang'an in ancient times. It was once one of the four ancient capitals in the world. It was once the capital of China and the political, economic and Cultural Center for more than 1100 years. It was the capital of 13 dynasties. It is a famous city with a long history in the world and the starting point of the silk road.

I once lived here for five years, and then I left it countless times. The city is both familiar and strange to me.

I try to use photography to explore the contemporary remains of the history and culture of the Tang Dynasty in the ancient city of Xi'an, to find the source of aria in great poetry, and to gaze at the distant prosperous Tang Dynasty. Follow the historical footprints and cultural context, walk through the Sifang city where ancient and modern blend, and feel the rhythm and breath of the city.
