A series revealing genuine emotions of a couple in a sensory tapestry. From feeling the cool freezer breeze to playing a silent piano song, Liz is longing for Ana in her home. The reunion blends closeness and tension, reflecting relationship dynamics

I had the privilege of photographing a real couple and capturing genuine intimacy between them. Models Liz Panova and Ana Rossolovich are both represented by Modelwerk, and their hair and makeup for this shoot were expertly handled by Kristina Heinisch at Bigoudi. We crafted both a main and a side story for this project: a solo fashion narrative with Liz, who finds herself alone at home, yearning for Ana. This story exudes sensuality and sensitivity. As we peruse the images, we are transported to those fleeting moments spent in the comfort of our own homes. We can almost feel the warmth of the gas stove, the chill of the freezer, the softness of the pillows, the freshness of the water, and the gentle touch of sunlight on our skin. We can nearly hear the piano's melody and resonate with the model's longing and desire in our own hearts.

In the corridor where the couple meets or once met – in reality and within Liz's thoughts – we witness their reunion, their closeness, and yet, there is also an undercurrent of tension. The interplay of light and shadow symbolizes the complexities that come with relationships.
