I had spent around half an hour writing detailed recounts of each person photographed, PHMuseum unfortunately did not save a thing as I clicked save.

I can only say that I met each person in a warehouse space posing as an artists collective.

It at one point had been an artists collective, built be a few from the ground up. Towards the end of its life, it became a home for vagabonds and party hounds, lost in life without the ability to put down a deposit for a regular apartment.

I moved in towards the end of its lifespan, but refuse to believe I caught it at its worst. The luck I feel for having caught the space just before its demise is something only the word thankful describe.

I was the youngest member to have lived in the space, moving in at 18. It shaped the way I interact with the world I live in today, for better or worse, it has shaped me inside and out.

I cannot legally put your name down here so I will not even bother. You demonstrated to me how painful love could be, the beauty in your art was something unlike anything I had ever seen. You made to stay the fuck alive, I have never met anyone like you since

Amara Joy, Still my Bagheera. I am sure at this point a few animal carcasses lived in that chest freezer that cannot be seen in the photograph. I know a few were yours.

Soyoon and Anna, in my first room in the space, causing absolute bedlam with every step you both took in arm together. I had the largest mirror in the space at that point, it only made sense to get ready in my room.
