Genetic Memory

What do we carry from our ancestors? Maybe cellular intelligence (some times celular stupidity), genetic memories that bring us behavioural traits that we often wonder where they come from.

The connectivity between the genetic memory of human beings and the Physarum polycephalum organism is a fascinating association that highlights the complex interactions between living beings, their behaviour and their environment.

Genetic inheritance is passed down from generation to generation and contains valuable information about the physical and behavioural characteristics of our ancestors. This information is contained in DNA and influences the formation of our own organism, as well as our traits and predispositions.

On the other hand, Physarum polycephalum, a unicellular organism, has demonstrated remarkable learning and adaptability, recent studies have revealed that this organism is capable of acquiring information about complex environments and transmitting this information to other colonies of the organism. This form of learning, although based on biological processes different from the genetic memory of human beings, demonstrates the existence of a connection between memory and adaptive behaviour.
