The "Figurants" series explores the interaction between man and his mostly urban habitat. This interaction can be harmonious, but will often also be uncomfortable and estranging.
People here are not portrayed as individuals but as anonymous figures against the larger backdrop of their urban environment, together providing meaning to the scene.
The series brings authentic scenes, without any attempt of staging.
