These photographs are my attempt to retrace my childhood memories while exploring the various ways with which a landscape is claimed temporarily.

Good things don’t last forever.

Everyday, as I make my way through this neighborhood that I have lived in for the entirety of my life, little by little, things are changing. As I’m coming to terms with the reality that sooner or later everything will eventually perish, I can’t help but ponder the question: Which will outlive the other, this space that I am occupying or my memories?
