I accidentally entered the world of fungi after a rainstorm. The camera got close to the grass and bushes, capturing these magical organisms

I often visit a botanical garden, and one day I noticed many ring-shaped mushrooms on the grass, which were fairy rings. In some stories, fairy rings are believed to be entrances to magical worlds, and from an ecological perspective, they truly are. The mushrooms we commonly see on the ground are just a small part of the fungi; there's a vast network underground. Fungi communicate and manage the growth of surrounding plants underground. I photographed mushrooms after the rain in Epping Forest and created a series of filters, making everything look as if viewed under a microscope. With each close observation, I gain new insights into the same thing.
