I'm a newcomer to photography. As a lawyer, this is a new exploration for me.

I started photography in 2006 with my Sony Ericsson K750, which was a killer with its unlimited videos and photos. At the time it wasn't really a passion, or at least I didn't know it was. I used to take photos of the landscape, the sky, anything I found beautiful. But with my 256 Mb memory card I would delete them a few days later, telling myself that there was no point in keeping photos of the sky.

But this habit remained until I discovered that there were prizes dedicated to photography.

That's when I started to think about it, and I realised that I used to take photos and save them on my computer. I thought I could enter them in the competition. Who knows, maybe it's a passion that I wasn't even aware I had, and which naturally finds a way to shine.

So I rummaged through my laptop, collected a few old photos, added some new ones and decided to sign up. Maybe it's a way for my soul to blossom.

These are simple photos taken with a smartphone, retouched slightly with the phone's default application, or a downloaded application. I hope you enjoy looking at them.

I've come to the conclusion that my passion for all things beautiful has grown over the years. I dare to believe that it is a way for my Being to explore new opportunities.
