The artist manifests ideas around sexual assault, illness, identity, and the experience of two bodies encountering each other through photography, focusing on self-portraits of the artist and portraits of the artist’s queer lover.

everything flows consists of self-portraits of the artist, portraits of the artist’s lover, portraits depicting the couple, and excerpts from their diaries. The artist probes into the scars left by violence on her own body while openly expressing the experience of encountering her lover’s body.

She uses water, which is nothing but beautiful when looking from afar but with its various properties it has the ability to penetrate everywhere through the smallest gaps, as a metaphor for violent tendencies of bodies, illness, incidents, and gender identity.
