The series Bunkers explores the tension between freedom and control through the lens of architecture and space. These structures, designed to protect and restrict, reflect humanity’s attempts to impose order and control over the environment and, symbolically, over perception itself. By photographing these spaces, I invite viewers to question how the photographic image can reveal, obscure, or manipulate knowledge — highlighting the fragile boundary between safety and confinement, visibility and secrecy.
