Actuate, is a video of subjects reenacting the physical action of head rotation asked upon them in activating Apple's IOS Face ID feature.
In the video Actuate, subjects rotate their head to a futurist pulse-like sound, the cell phone is left behind, not in present or utilized. What is seen is their shared repetitive motion, unvaried, almost cult-like performance asked upon them in activating a device's Face ID feature.
