This project is a treatment experience, documenting acupuncture, bloodletting, and cupping, and framing the body as a sensor of urban pressure. It links private healing to social symptoms, exploring how the body perceives and responds to its environment

This project begins with treatment experience, documenting acupuncture, bloodletting, and cupping as an entry point into the relationship between body and environment. Living in the city, I became increasingly aware of how invisible pressures accumulate and surface physically, turning the body into a site where personal condition and social atmosphere intersect.

Through intimate observations of treatment, recovery, and everyday bodily states, the work reflects on how the body senses, absorbs, and negotiates these pressures. Rather than focusing solely on medical practice, the images consider healing as a process shaped by belief, environment, and lived experience. The body emerges as both a sensitive instrument and a recording surface, revealing how urban life leaves traces beneath the skin.
