Overview

The Festival of Ethical Photography was created with the intention of focusing on ethical content of great relevance, bringing the general public closer to social issues. Photography is a great tool for communicating the reality of social injustice around the world and the festival aims to emphasize the relationship between ethics, communication and photography.

Since its first year, the Festival of Ethical Photography has always given particular attention to the use of photography by those organisations that deal with social issues. For this reason there is a special section dedicated to the presentation of works commissioned by NGOs, where they can organize advocacy activities.

The list of photographers taking part in the 2023 edition includes Evgeniy Maloletka, Bob Miller, Sarah Pabst, Alessandro Cinque, Luisa Dörr, Gerd Waliszewski and Hasan Mohammad Rakibul.
