The call for exhibition aims to select three projects carried out in the field of photography or analog processes that explores the topics Identity - Observation, Exploration, and Representation.

Overview

The open call invites applicants to present work that observe, explore, and represent identity from various perspectives. Identity as an evolving canvas, a mosaic of faces and experiences that intertwine, diverge, and converge. The selected works will be exhibited at the next edition of the Revela't Festival during May and June 2024.

Practical Info

Applicants should submit a minimum of 10 images and a maximum of 15 of an analog project that fits the theme. Photographers of any nationality, origin, or place of residence, engaged in both chemical and analog photography, are eligible to apply. The exhibition opportunity at the festival includes support for travel and accommodation for the winners, international promotion, and networking opportunities with other professionals in the cultural and specifically photographic field.

About Revela'T

Revela’t Contemporary Analog Photography Festival is the first analog festival in the world and it’s held every year in Vilassar de Dalt (Barcelona, Spain). The festival is a one month celebration around analog photography that includes a market, activities, workshops, portfolio review, exhibitions and residencies.
