Overview
As part of the global PhotoVogue initiative and to support and promote the creative talents of Ukraine in the international arena while discovering new artistic voices, Vogue Ukraine is launching a new initiative in contemporary art photography with the creation of a unique digital platform on vogue.ua.
Photo Vogue Ukraine Futurespective Open Call is a contest of young and emerging talents specialising in fashion and art photography. It is open to those whose work has already appeared on Vogue Ukraine's pages and to new names waiting to be discovered.

Practical Info
Photographers must submit 5-10 images as a link to a Google Drive folder sent to futurespective@vogue.ua. Additional Documentation include a text file in the folder with a photo preview, photographer's name, work title, date and place the photo was taken. Plus, a cover letter must include the artist’s real and creative name, age, place of birth, citizenship and current residence, a link to an Instagram account and/or professional website, and a brief biography, including how long the artist has been practicing photography and their goals/expectations for participating in the open call. Additionally, applicants must share the PhotoVogue and Vogue Ukraine FUTURSPECTIVE Open Call initiative on their social media stories and include a screenshot in their submission.
With the support of Condé Nast, as part of the PhotoVogue Ukraine Futurespective, selected works by the finalists will be exhibited at Vogue Ukraine showcases in Kyiv in May and in London in September 2025. The selected artist will have the opportunity to create a special photography project to be published in the print edition of Vogue Ukraine in 2025.
Among the jurors are Alessia Glaviano (Honorary President of Global PhotoVogue, Director of PhotoVogue), Vena Brykalin (Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Ukraine), Peter Doroshenko (Curator and Director of the Ukrainian Museum in New York), Marta Bertman (Creative Director of Vogue Ukraine).
