Some colours do not describe the world.

In “Whispers in Pink,” I utilize infrared light to reveal a landscape that transcends the visible and the normative. Familiar forms dissolve into fluid, queer‑coded tones of pink, challenging fixed ideas of nature and perception. Through this altered spectrum, I invite viewers to engage with a space where the unseen, the hybrid, and the non‑binary quietly emerge.

Whisper in Pink - I. The Monopteros emerges from the infrared coral light, surrounded by people inhabiting a world already elsewhere. Not an invention: the exact frequency of a place that was only waiting to be seen.

Whisper in Pink - II. The water divides the frame into two realities: above, an ethereal landscape in pink and turquoise; below, the reflection of a world that does not exist in ordinary light. The Monopteros watches over both.

Whisper in Pink - III. The sky occupies everything. The Monopteros rises toward it as if it belongs there. Infrared light has removed every distraction: only the essential geometry of a place and its light remains.

Whisper in Pink - IV. Without people, without distance, without mediation. The Monopteros in its purest frequency: white, silent, wrapped in a pink that is not a colour but a revelation.
