What happen when we make a process of introspection of our memories and we realise the situations that make us living?

I was looking through my past and making awareness about myself when I realized that in my childhood I went through moments that caused me a lot of pain, confusion, fear and sadness; knowing this, I never went to a specialist.

As time passes I understood more of these situations to the point of appropriating and learning about them, but I'm still uncertain about what would have happened if instead of going through this I had gotten some help.

How was to see the world in my eyes in that age? How was my perception of things? How do I feel now?

Through a couple of questions where I set my ideas of the rebuildingand the healing of my past with my present, my childhood, my perception of death, my family issues, I'm using the body and the time as my principal resources to create a narrative of life.
