TPH my nickname for where i lived in london while i was working as a night porter the abreviation stands for Tufnell Park Hilton...it was NOt a hotel!

The Tufnell park Hilton was an x squat then a housing association islington community housing later called Alamo LONDON N19 paying private rent was unaffordable to an an ordinary worker in the service industry -rising costs of housing,sell-off of council housing,encouragement profiteering -speculation and buy-to-let,the destruction of housing co-ops,social housing solutions and the criminalisation of squatting all have led to finding cheap places to live then and now being almost impossible
