so I went to look for it
as far away as possible
and further still
to escape from the real world
for a while.
The series was born beyond the Arctic Circle of the Norwegian coast, during the winters of 2015 and 2016. I found my outlet in this icy, white, silent environment and the raging sea. This revealed to me the struggle between elements and a brutal, sanguineous universe.
The winter, as the end of one cycle and the beginning of another.
