This project is an act of mourning and loss of a family and a home. It tells the story of Cumandá and Celso, my grand parents, living in and leaving a house they inhabited for 40 years.

"Secreto" tells the story of my grand parents, Cumandá (+) of 89 and Celso of 94 years old, who, pushed by the economic crisis, sold their home, a house where they grew up their seven children and lost three of them. A house where many rooms where kept closed for years and finally opened when the house was disappearing. It was also the house of my childhood, a magical house where many dreams were not yet achieved, a place that no one wanted to leave even if it was painful to be there.

I wanted to rescue the poetry I found there, I wanted to capture the gestures, the moments, the scenes, the objects, the pigments, as my own act of mourning.
