For years, the sea remained a place I could not enter a landscape suspended between fear and memory.
I returned to it through photography, slowly immersing myself in what I once avoided. Behind the camera, I began to observe the lives unfolding along the shore: gestures, rituals, encounters, and fleeting moments.
Sea Swallow Me is a quiet confrontation with memory, and a study of how a place once feared can become a place of belonging.
