Joy exists in the present moment yet we often digest it in retrospect. It is often split between a

future and a past where the present ceases to exist; when in reality presence is where the Joy we

seek resides.

“Right Here is All We Have” May embody finality to most when it’s undoubtedly the catalyst to all our

Hearts desires. The childlike curiosity that the exposure to novelty brings; embracing one's inner

child, following a path that has never met one's tracks; uncontrollable laughter, stumbling upon

discovery; time spent in nature & with loved ones: All ignite joy within me.

The present holds a lot more power than we can presently grasp, and it is with this notion that

through Art I seek to be intentional about not only capturing but also experiencing the simple joys of

everyday life. The joy of life surrounds us all and is a lot less complex than we habitually accept. We

often deprive ourselves in the hopes of tomorrow when tomorrow doesn’t yet exist; and if and when

it begins to exist, it transmutes to right here yet again.

The Inner Child exudes the essence of joyful presence and how it is embodied through life's

simplicities, through exploration and through embracing the curiosity within, outwardly. The image

of a child reminds us of the one we all carry within.

The Uncontrollable laughter depicts Fragments of Joy, the art of letting go; allowing the here & the

now to be primary. To visibly find oneself in complete and utter bliss.

Time spent in nature reminds us to be still and that through said stillness we initiate a commute to

self, allowing the silence within to add life to our experience.

And following a path that’s never met our tracks requires us to be present which in turn allows us to

reside where joy resides.
