This series of photographs involves an exploration of the imagination. I wanted to have fantasy creatures come to life.
This project is an exploration of identity in many ways. Mostly thru the unique shapes and forms that the wearers created. The cloth became a projection of themselves. The created characters seem to be taken from
archetypal images. I use materials that are borrowed, found, and thrifted. The
images are improvisational and whimsical.
