This project was the thesis work for my BFA. Working with fictions to create new narrative, i would day dream about the stories I had been reading, often conjuring up images from specific passages.

Working with fictions to create new narrative, I would daydream about the stories I had been reading, often conjuring up images from specific passages.

I remember enjoying the thought of reality, an imagined reality and then "creating" said reality and using photography to "evidence" it. The work was presented salon style, allowing for non-linear narratives in the viewer.

Unfortunately the prints have been floating around for almost 2 decades and have suffered some damage, these are recent digital scans that I will be working on restoring over time. More images to come to this project as I slowly work through and archive old work.
