Even the tiniest of details is just as important as the big picture.

I'd like to consider myself as an ambitious artist. Whenever I was going through something, I used to tell myself to take a few steps back and look at the bigger picture. But more often than not, the more that I try to look at the bigger picture, the more I couldn't see where things go wrong.

When the pandemic hit, there was a time when everyone was required to stay at home. I learned to look at the plants, nature mostly, or appreciate when light hits the window and forms a beautiful shadow in one area of the house. I would instantly grab my camera to take photos of them. During this time, I've also learned to appreciate film photography even more. The challenge of taking photos and not knowing how it would look like until the photos get developed is a thrill!

When I have the opportunity to go on a break, I've started and enjoyed looking for beauty even in the simplest of things like a sunset, or the waves, or even of daily commutes. Now that we get to slowly adjust to the new normal, I've learned to look at things at a different perspective. Even the tiniest of details are just as important as the big picture.
