The "Maria de Verdade" project was born as a therapy for me, as a way of showing that all women can and should assume all their characteristics and understand the unique beauty that each person has.

Ah if we women discovered the strength of the UNIQUE beauty that exists in each one of us! There would be no fashion magazine, catwalk or photoshop that would make us feel out of character.

Fat or thin, we wouldn’t complain about chest, hair, legs, freckles, hips and neither height, as we would have full convection of the WOMAN we are and the difference we can make where we are!

"Maria de Verdade" is a photographic experience with therapeutic results. In the right light, women rediscover themselves beautiful, exuberant and with a powerful identity!
