Las Babas del Diablo

Las Babas del Diablo is a project based on clusters of details obtained from the proof sheets accumulated over the years. Almost an investigative research on the foundations of contemporaneity. The intent is to restore, through photographic fragments and texts, the existential condition of humanity at the time of capitalist realism. Loneliness, consumption, individual aspirations, precarious affections, competition, and uncertainty are uncontrolled variables impossible to enclose in a linear narrative, so they are presented in the form of nebulous, evocative, and independent compositions.

Las Babas del Diablo's attempt is to bring order to chaos, to offer a personal point of view on what we have become.
