This project is about growing up and the transitional phases we may go through, which can be filled with beautiful moments but are mainly characterised by feelings of unease, difficulty, sadness, and challenges that are hard to overcome…

Souls in the wind, we’ll see the seasons pass

As the seasons pass, the years slip away before our eyes and innocence gives way to worries. A succession of images; time flies. We look back at our achievements in the rear-view mirror and find ourselves here, not quite sure where to go.

So, we move to a new playground, one that is bigger, more dangerous. We feel our way forward, we watch, we test, we listen, we search for ourselves, we wait. The brick road is tumultuous, our eyes are wet, and our wounds run deep. We may try to build sandcastles like children, but they won’t stand.

Sometimes, amidst the chaos of it all, we find a memory of the playground before, a reminder of who we are. We cling to it, and for a moment, everything becomes a celebration again, everything is beautiful.

All the things we regret, all the things that were good, when we’re afraid
