Inner Landscape explores the relationship between the inner and outer worlds. Through a poetic, dreamlike narrative, it creates a territory where bodies, shadows, and nature intertwine, shaped by an intense emotional universe.

Inner Landscape is a project that emerged within Creadores de imágenes. Through a process of archival work and image curation, it explores the relationship between the outer and inner worlds: how the connection between these two spaces materializes, and how each influences and transforms the other.

Through a poetic narrative, accompanied by texts and dreamlike atmospheres, the experience of inhabiting the world becomes image, constructing its own narrative and symbolic universe. Bodies merge with shadows, the textures of nature encroach upon them, and the landscape becomes a territory shaped by an intense emotional universe.

The project inhabits a state between sleep and wakefulness, where the dreamlike and the real still brush against each other. What shape does our inner world take when we bring it into the light? The darkness within us runs through the images and the narrative, making it possible to create beauty out of shadow, solitude, and uncertainty. Nature takes over the bodies and dominates the landscape, merging with human experience until something new emerges.

These images condense my way of creating meaning and beauty in the world. Nature overwhelms us, gives meaning to our experience, and also becomes a stage onto which we project our fears, desires, memories, and fantasies. Dreams and the fantastic thus offer a different way of reading reality, blurring its boundaries.

Inner Landscape begins with the idea that everything around us can become an inexhaustible source of beauty if we give it the chance. Through an intimate and poetic gaze, the project seeks to make visible what does not necessarily have a concrete form: to construct, through the outer world, a possible landscape for what takes place within.
