Identity

"Identity" narrates a process of self-discovery, organized into three parts: Status quo, Destructuring and Reconstruction.

"Identity" stems from a question: what defines me? Is it what others see in me, what I allow to be seen, or what is hidden? And in a reality where we are lost in an avalanche of information, this question becomes even more intense: who am I amidst so many others?

Here, the self-portraits are not precise. The character's identity is fragmented and unclear, qualities that characterize our existence in the world. We linger on the threshold between our socially recognized identity and one that is unstructured, uncertain, and unstable, marked by conflicts, doubts, fear, and insecurity. There is a fluctuation of mood, convictions, and feelings. Growing up, ultimately, requires this fluctuation.

"Identity" narrates a process of self-discovery, organized into three parts. The first – Status quo – consists of static images where the character experiences questioning and insecurity. The second – Destructuring – consists of moving images, in an intense flow that characterizes the phase of deconstructing the current state. The third – Reconstruction – returns to static images, highlighting the return of stability and self-recognition, as the character looks at the mirror again, now seeing herself clearly.
