The community life of the faithful in the Mormon Temple in Rome is what the photographer wanted to tell.

The community life of the faithful in the Mormon Temple in Rome is what the photographer wanted to tell. Emilio Barillaro is the only photographer who has ever been authorized to take photographs of people inside a Mormon Temple. His Phographs looking at the days just before the pandemic, when the community were grasped in being together each with their own life, their challenges, their hopes, in a sharing of heart and spirit. A hug, a baptismal rite, a prayer, whose motionless images exude vividness, are part of those emotions that go unnoticed, but that only the eye of the camera can grasp and stop over time.
