ARMA cookbook is a heartfelt endeavor, a fusion of my grandmother's cherished recipes, interwoven with the tapestry of her family history, complemented by evocative photographs and poignant interviews that capture her life.

The ARMA cookbook project was born from a poignant moment in my life, back when I was a student in New York from 2016 to 2018. As an expatriate, my greatest fear was that I might lose my beloved grandmother while living so far away.

In Thai-Chinese culture, "Arma" means "grandma," and it's a term we all hold dear. Our grandmothers' timeless question always lingers in our hearts: "Have you eaten anything yet?" And, of course, their culinary creations are simply unparalleled.
