Aria Siciliana

The (summery) Nature of this land, over a period of three years to date, representing and accompanying the birth of my daughter.

The project, realized entirely on film over a period of three years to date, tells about the last Sicilian summers; those that represented and accompanied the birth of my daughter. It is a sort of diary, a selection of notes taken in a land (mine to which I belong) that speak of waiting and then the discovery of places that no longer belong. The (summery) Nature of this land, with its strength imbued with "imagination", is intertwined with love, giving life to images that are sometimes surreal, sometimes not very defined.
