A daily monochrome photo-poetry series by naozo. Since 2025, each work pairs a moment from everyday life with a poem from NZ, the artist's future self. Through glass, light, and silence, the series turns self-doubt into dialogue.

Day592【Ahead】
Not seeing what lies ahead does not mean there is no road.
DEAR naozo,
There are
Nights
When you cannot
See what
Lies ahead
The lights
Blur
And rain
Steals
The distant view
Until
You no longer know
Where the road
Leads
People
Fear
What they
Cannot see
What waits
Ahead
Is it right
Is it wrong
Will I ever
Arrive
They want
An answer
But
The road ahead
Is not something
You can see
From the beginning
It reveals
Itself
Little by little
Only to those
Who move
Forward
You may think
The road
Has disappeared
But
It is not
The road
That vanished
It is
Your sight
When rain
Falls
The distance
Fades
When night
Comes
The way ahead
Sinks
Into darkness
And still
Beneath
Your feet
The road
Remains
Then
Move
You do not
Move forward
Because you
Can see
The future
To carry
Yourself
Into a future
You cannot see
That is
What it means
To move
Forward
What you
Should fear
Is not
The darkness
It is
The self
That stops
Walking
Because it
Cannot see
Not seeing
What lies ahead
Does not mean
There is
No road
As long as
You keep moving
The road ahead
Remains
Before you
What do you think
