Photographic essay about male prostitution and their clients in Santiago, Chile

A photographic essay that captures intimate, hidden and sometimes stormy moments of male prostitutes and their male clients in Santiago, Chile. The sex industry is one of the oldest in the world, yet in Santiago, Chile we try to keep this reality out of sight. After working with female prostitutes for a photographic assignment, I was introduced to male sex workers, which offered a glimpse into a world that is rarely documented. These pictures where taken inside motel rooms before and after male prostitutes had intercourse with their client. The images uncover traces of the human condition and their intangible feelings. I personally try to offer a thoughtful approach to the subject and these disregarded individuals.
