This series is a collection of environmental portraits taken in Värmland Sweden where I have been living for the past 12 years.

This series is a collection of environmental portraits taken in Värmland Sweden where I have been living for the past 12 years. For this project I am using a 8x10 camera with paper negatives. Im looking for subjects that let down their guard...that give me a moment of vulnerability. This is of course is a great gift to give to a photographer, and takes alot of trust from the subject. I could of course shoot digital, but the time consuming process of setting up the camera, gives me some space to talk to, and observe the person im photographing.
