This is a photographic stilllife-study that I realised in the little Russian exclave Kaliningrad.
I visited little unofficial markets where old women and men sell what they grow in their garden and what they find in the woods to improof their small pension. I went there four times in 2016 to document the changing range of goods through the seasons.
