Paterfamilias project investigates the phenomenon of patriarchy evoking the sentiments/resentments generated by a male dominated family experience represented through symbolism and surrealism as a revisitation of my memories. Paterfamilias is a discussion of a still existent social-cultural issue, describing an unsafe shelter, the conflict, sense of oppression and impediment as response to an atmosphere of constriction and captivity.
