Nature is I

A sense of wonder and mystery, I feel in nature. Close connection I feel between me and rocks, clouds, shadows that evoke birds. The vulnerability of what we hold as timeless in nature crumble as easily as we held as intimate relationship with people.

CLOSER - Shadow Me, Rock Face, Tongue in Cheek, Smile.

A sense of wonder and mystery, I regularly feel when walking either in Zion Canyon in the USA, or on Table Mountain circled by the City known as Cape Town, South Africa. Not only for the majesty of the cloud creating mountain and the sea views, but more specifically for the Closer that Close connection I feel with the environment. Human faces in rocks, the suggestion of a bird face in a cloud-formation and other visual reminders of this connection. It tickles my thought processes too when I compare the processes of nature that constantly changes as the universal rule of Paradox (creating while simultaneously destroying for instance) indeed includes the events in humans inner lives. Technological advances to enhance our life experience at once also poison us and our environment. The Beauty I see and feel in rock formations are the result of erosion. The vulnerability of what I hold on to for security in friendship relationships also victim to erosion. The regularity with which I find brilliant human scientific research in humans closeness and humans being inseparable unity with earth sky air water animal informs this Closer than Closeness of intimate relationship.

May I share some of these mind opening research projects:

In the South African publication (Maverick Life, 05 -11 Feb 2022) read Austrian biologist Karl von Frisch piece on the “dancing bee”. Movements by the special ‘researching bees’ so to speak “in very specific patterns”, that provide information to the where and how far away a new source of food can be found to produce honey. With “his language of the bees” information with mathematical precision” are communicated.

And human’s Close connection with the animal also affirms the superior qualities, found by Dr Rupert Sheldrake. (Maverick Life 02 - 08 Apr. 2022). Not to forget the cover story in National Geographic, Inside Animal Minds - What What They Think, Feel, and Know, on sale from May 2022)

This project is a candidate for PhMuseum Days 2024 Open Call
