Elective Affinities

Elective Affinities unfolds as an archipelago of presences: two figures shift between proximity and separation. Each image is an island, connected by invisible tensions. Identity emerges as a fluid field, suspended between reflection and distance.

Elective Affinities unfolds as an archipelago of presences: two figures move between proximity and separation, reflection and fracture. Each image is an island, autonomous yet connected by invisible tensions. Through recurring gestures, mirrors, and symbolic objects, the work explores identity as a shifting terrain, where boundaries dissolve and the self emerges as a constellation of possibilities, suspended between recognition and distance.
